This is more than a photoshoot — it’s the beginning of your legacy. My role is to document your day with care, calm direction, and attention to every meaningful detail, while guiding you through a smooth and supportive experience from start to finish.
STEP 01
Inquiry & Connection
Once you reach out, I respond within 24–48 hours.
We’ll confirm your date availability and schedule a quick consultation (phone, Zoom, or in person).
During this call, we:
Talk through your vision and priorities
Review timeline needs
Go over package options
Answer any questions
This ensures we’re a great fit before moving forward.
STEP 02
Official Contract & Booking
After our consultation, you’ll receive:
Contract
Invoice for retainer
A wedding questionnaire for detailed information
To officially reserve your date:
Signed contract
$250 retainer (non-refundable)
Your wedding date is secured once both are completed.
STEP 03
Planning & Timeline Guidance
Leading up to your wedding, I’m available to help with:
Timeline creation or review
Lighting guidance for ceremony/reception
Family formal shot list planning
Location scouting (if needed)
Vendor coordination
About 6–8 weeks before your wedding, we’ll finalize:
Timeline
Important family groupings
Special moments you want captured
This prevents chaos and keeps the day flowing smoothly.
STEP 04
Engagement Session (If Included)
If your package includes an engagement session:
We choose a location together
I provide outfit guidance
Session lasts about 60 minutes
Gallery delivered within 2–3 weeks
This session helps you feel comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day.
STEP 05
Wedding Day Coverage
On your wedding day, I:
Arrive early
Capture details (dress, rings, invitations, florals)
Document candid moments naturally
Direct when needed (portraits & family formals)
Stay aware of timeline flow
You can expect:
65–75 professionally edited images per hour
A balance of candid storytelling + classic portraits
Calm, organized direction when needed
My job is to allow you to enjoy your day while I preserve it.

Editing & Delivery
After your wedding:
Sneak peeks delivered within 24 hours
Full gallery delivered within 6–8 weeks
Professionally edited for color, tone, and consistency
Delivered via online gallery
Your gallery includes:
High-resolution downloads
Print release
Professional print store access
STEP 07
Album & Print Ordering (Optional)
If your package includes an album:
I design the first draft for you
You request revisions
Once approved, album goes to print
Additional prints, canvases, and heirloom products can be ordered directly through your gallery.
